Anyone else having issues with Steam client not downloading Games or Updates at all?

Store on Steam Client also slow to open.

Tried changing download server,but no luck.

Edit: At 22h30 steam started downloading,but these are the speeds I am getting on a 10 meg line with capped package.

Another Edit: Automatic DNS assigned were Primary and Secondary:

169.1.1.4
154.0.174.82

Changed DNS to 169.1.1.1 and 169.1.1.2 and things seem better now,but will run more tests tomorrow as it is past 23h00 now and did manage to get max line speed.

Will continue to monitor tomorrow as I had this issue for two days and want to make sure that the DNS could have been the issue.

Just a report back.This morning Steam still seems to be working and downloading properly after setting manual DNS.Will give more feedback if anything changes.

I'll escalate the fault for you.

EDIT: Fault was assigned to a tech yesterday, hopefully he'll be able to attend this weekend.

Our network team are running through everyones tests to see what we can spot.

I can access the url, but why 19 hops to get to the site that only took 9 hops yesterday ?

Could be our network team running over the reported issues from last night?
Are the hops affecting your overall experience?
