Vox has announced that DSL customers who signed up for its 100GB or 300GB promotional accounts will have their caps increased, while their monthly fees will remain the same.

Mod_note: These threads are clearly designed/intended for customers to provide feedback to their respective ISPs - not for disgruntled former customers to vent, not for other ISPs to promote their services, etc - and, one hopes, for the relevant ISP to respond.

I'm sure he'll reply to your mail. What AfriMan is referring to here is general comms around the switch over.

Still the same good stats for Jhb and London as earlier this morning, but Cape Town is taking a bit of a hit

Strange results here.
I know the network isn't performing as it was - but looks like latency is OK-ish within Afrigreen. Seems like the latency spikes up IS based ranges.

Do you see similar results on your regular account?

Normal account has no such issues.

Sorry for the late reply, I gave up on my internet gaming and shuffled off to the telly for a while :(

Again though, the POC was setup as exactly that.
It's served it's purpose so we can move on with production - tackling the exact issues we've seen posted here.
