You are paying for your normal AH account. The POC account was VOLUNTARY.... As in, you opted to use it. If you didn't want to use it you could simply have used your vanilla account.

What was your question again?

A voluntary offering to test the network on a POC account, whilst you are still paying them. If memory serves me, POC should be a freebie - in which case why are you paying for the normal account which I presume you arent using.

Anyhow, its your choice, i and many others voted with our feet - wishing Gian and his smirk good luck, and I mean that, i was once a loyalist, but I dont believe in paying for a POC.

I don't understand the disconnect. I am paying for my 75GB capped account. I can use it anytime I want. I also have access to the POC network which I use most often so I can help AH test it and get it production ready, should they decide to go that way.

Anyhow - good luck with your new ISP.

I think it is important to reiterate Slaught3r's point, the PoC is a voluntary opt-in, with no additional charges being incurred for this.

I'm disappointed that you had to opt for a new service provider, if you want to try out our new network once it has been fully rolled out, let me know via PM and I'll get you a few GBs to test with.

Keep getting an error on a website:

This webpage is not available

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

And I have to refresh several times before it works again.

Shouldn't be any slow downs from our end :(
Have you tried switching back to your regular account to see if the throughput improves?

My regular account's latency is at 160ms.
I tried the Afrigreen account and it has only gotten worse.
