I tried the Afrigreen account and it has only gotten worse.

I'm in the long forgotten land of CPT I'm joking about it now but AH has always treated CPT as less important, I'm really happy that I downgraded my package before all of the testing started. I would not be able to justify paying as much as I did while only using half of the allocated cap.

I'm not sure when the last batch went out. Odd you haven't got your details if you signed up on day 1 though.
Have you checked ClientZone to see if the details have been generated there?

vimeo is unusable at the moment. Skype is also sporadically horrible especially to people with neotel as isp.

Interesting, there are still spikes up in your latency here
That last hop of 2000ms is crazyness... I can't seem to get this replicated on my end. Drop me a PM and I'll see if I can spot anything.
