Heavy users? And where did you get that info? I am not a heavy user and have been given an AfriGreen account.

I can confirm my business line is not "heavy"

I think you forgetting that these so called "heavy" users can still access afrihost accounts...

On a positive note, this is way better than I ever saw on the standard AH account: At least I know that the crazy >100ms patterns seen a week or so ago might be a thing of the past.

Double check in your control panel seem some got allocated accounts but didn't get the email :(
 
For those guys in the Springs and Brakpan area, we should have the sessions sorted out for you now. Please try and reconnect again :)
 
Yeah it was pretty sweet for me when we first started the trial. was even doing 1440 no hassles, didn't like 4k too much tho but figured thats my line being the culprit as was just needing to buffer a bit before playing smoothly.
