twitch working, but buffering like crazy... (green)

Switched to reg AH now and everything is up, just have crazy buffering on both YT and Twitch

What happens when you traceroute youtube.com and twitch.tv?

Searched for one, but only found one in the US. Showed steam offline for about 4 or 5 minutes. Also watched CptBulldog on twitch and he also showed connecting to dota 2 network. So there were issues.
