Should already be sorted, but the team should have an idea of what went south and make sure it doesn't happen over the weekend or at least be able to monitor for it.

Why does it always happen in the South? :(

what a lot of crap been disconnected in the early hours of the morning and had to reboot the router this morning
this service is of the same low quality as the normal account
when will your adsl run for more than a day without problems

This shouldn't be the case, as far as I know AfriGreen should be running well at the moment. Could this not be a line issue? What troubleshooting have you done so far?

+1 Haven't had any issues yet today.

I seem to get disconnected at around 7pm each night, possibly with a change in IP address. Is there a set time for IP changeovers on Afrigreen presently?

No we don't really do a set changeover of IP's but we generally disconnect sessions after 3 days (if I'm not mistaken) to ensure that we don't have super long sessions with no accounting data. I don't think it serves any purpose to do with IP rotation.

Hi guys

Making a few changes over on Afrigreen - there may be a brief drop in service.
Sorry gents, should be sorted out quickly though.

I really hope these changes won't degrade the service over the weekend like we've seen previously?

Get ready for more unexpected Traffic Overload:

"The software giant confirmed to The Register on Thursday that it's been pushing out the necessary files for the upgrade to Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 systems via Windows Update, even if you haven't bothered to "reserve" an upgrade using Redmond's adware app."
