I must admit, for the last week my experience has overall improved. I am able to stream Netflix at HD quality at any time of the day, downloads and surfing is snippy and YouTube does not buffer. Al though, gaming to EU servers are still at about 40ms above what it used to be with visible lag, but I do not have enough time to game so that is fine for the moment but I still want to see an improvement.

That's awesome. We are working on improving overseas latency. But agree that it shouldn't be enough to affect your experience.

All tests show no issues, but its not what is happening. Steam is downloading at a 10th of the speed it should be. Next week I will be having about 40-50GB of Steam updates to download at this speed they will finished next year. This is unacceptable, and I see others have reported similar issues. P2P is basically dead, no matter what I try to download. I use P2P to download my GOG updates as their downloader seems extremely slow.

I haven't tested with steam, but general P2P is definitely working well. Can I test the files you were looking at?

Just out of interest, what products are the guys who had a bad experience with P2P, Streaming, etc last night using?

I tested on Capped last night.

I was trying to stream last night and had buffer issues.

Using 4meg Business Uncapped Account.

4MB uncapped

Just upgraded to 8MB and sent a PM to see how to upgrade Afrigreen as well.

I can't stress enough that if you don't post actual results, I can't help. You seem to be having a consistently bad experience - but I have no idea what you are actually experiencing. I'd love to help, but I think posting the same message daily is not getting us any closer to improving your connection :(

why dont you just fix your problems on your network maybe less shaping? as that is what it looks like
our it guy informs me that he knows more than 50 people that also has problems on your network as it is very unstable
