You can always start request the cancellation now, and if the roll-out isn't completed before the 31st, you can just let the cancellation complete. Your account will remain fully active and functional until the 31st of October.

Although I can say some certainty that you won't be waiting much longer.

Maybe you guys should man up and tell the customers to move to another ISP - if you guys ever get back to the service levels and network promises held previously then we can come back on our own accord?

Instead all I'm seeing is the "Dangle the carrot" because you don't want any more cancellations which will affect the bottom line of AH's profit margins which in terms means you guys will be "let go"...

This is amazing speeds I'm getting:

Last Result:
Download Speed: 263 kbps (32.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 303 kbps (37.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 59 ms

Our Clients will always come before the bottom line, if one of our Clients is unhappy, we won't try to stop them leaving. We don't have to dangle a carrot, you guys asked for updates, and we are providing updates. The roll-out of the Afrigreen Production Network will take place shortly. If you want to try it out, that is completely up to you.

I want to try a free VPN to bypass this shaping but i cent even download .net framework from windows updates.
