We don't offer static IP's. Unfortunately it can happen from time to time as we actively manage IPv4 space during these challenging times. Please consider using Ipv6.
 
The reps don’t seem very responsive nowadays. Who can I speak to about an order for fibre sitting since last year?

Where did Eugene disappear to?
 
My internet has reconnected 7 times in the last 30 minutes.

Edit: 4 hours later and it seems to have settled, I disconnected around 30 times.

Edit 2: It's back, disconnected 5 times in the last 20 minutes.

Edit 3: WhatsApp support says there's a line fault and has reported it to Openserve.

Can I perhaps log an area ticket with MFN? I've seen a degradation in recent weeks every night. :crying:

I’ve been having these disconnects for the past 3 weeks

Connection just dies for 1-2 minutes happened yesterday while playing Fortnite

Having NLD issues in PE for past 3 nights myself, getting packet loss on backup NLD it seems as well
