Frogfoot down again, 3 nights consecutively.

Any advice on how/where I can follow up?

Edit; emailing them as their twitter account doesn’t allow messages.

Frogfoot is down in the Capes, might be an in office day

We are troubleshooting with Frogfoot engineers. The impact has been mitigated. We are doing checks to see if there is any more impact.

Currently our DHCP server is being hit with very high broadcast traffic so it will take a few minutes to recover.

Is there anything that Frogfoot CAN do and not fuuk up  they really seem to be having zero skills in running an FNO with all the damn issues going on and on

@AfriNatic Are you guys having any issues on Openserve atm? Another line on my account (Openserve) has gone down as well now
Hi.
An outage has been confirmed; clients in George, Mossel Bay, and Knysna will be affected.

My FrogFoot connection is a joke. I'm constantly having complete drop outs on the fibre line. Lights remain green on CPE but I lose all connectivity. I complained about it before in this thread and something was changed (something to do with the vlan) and it briefly resolved the issue, but it has been slowly coming back. Others in our complex are also constantly complaining about issues with their FrogFoot connections.

This is the last 7 days of packet loss. Every little spike is actually 100% loss of connectivity, but is only shown as a smaller spike because the % packet loss is averaged over a longer period.
