Afrihost - Pure Fibre Feedback Thread Part 2

Anyone else notice very slow image load on Twitter/X.

Switch to Vodacom as a test. Loads quick. Back to WiFi (Vuma/Afrihost) it’s slow.

Dunno if it’s cache/routing/dns.

Having really bad throughput downloading via epic games which is usually served via local caches , getting. 30mb on a 100mb line and via cloudflare warp getting 80-90mbps

Speed test without warp is full speed

No warp:

Hi All
In your experience how long does a line speed upgrade generally take with AH?
It shouldn't take long, when you request a line speed upgrade it is usually done via the api to the FNO, usually the FNO that takes the longest, when did you request the upgrade and from what speed were you at and what speed you going to?

Hi.

With your service is different, because the address was not loaded correctly to the order portal. The address has been loaded correctly but the service change request has to be done manually by Vumatel. I will follow up with them.

Anyone else having issues with Reddit vids not loading since yesterday afternoon?

Rebooted 3 times and still having issues with Reddit.

What is going on with the insane slow download speed from Epic and Microsoft store? Fortnite updates downloads extremly slow on 500mb line. Is this a afrihost issue?
