Friend's PC stopped working, so he could not access his email

He wanted to apply for a VOIP service but got stuck at the password

Since his email is unattended, he could not access the OTP sent

Asked Afrihost what to do. No-one had any idea. Round and round, wasting hours on the phone. All they could say is "click on the link". Like speaking to a robot

Even SARS is better than this. SARS will call you back and ask security questions and then give you a new password
