Can you guys sort out your network please? This is getting ridiculous now.
Online games are UNPLAYABLE.
Tuesday there was issues. Friday there was issues. Tonight again there is issues and it started around 5pm already. Turned on again 2 hours later and it still persists.

Yes sorry for the issues experienced. Our primary high-capacity NLD is lossy in the evening peak. We logged it with the vendor and are pending feedback. I'm looking to see if we can drop it and only use our secondary paths for now.
Traffic has been dropped from the primary NLD. Please can you guys test and see if it's better now.

Any issues with streaming? I’ve been getting F1TV geographic restriction errors ever since my IPv6 settings changed to DHCPv6.
iPhone streams perfectly fine, windows10 works fine, windows 11 only works after a release6/renew6. Had no issues at all before. Hisense TV also won’t stream since the IPv6 setting change and it fails to get an IPv6 address, just shows 0 under address; not sure if that could be causing this issue, just posting this as the race is about to start.

So I assisted a friend with his Afrihost signup yesterday as he is relatively clueless when it comes to these things, and the OTP when trying to login to the Afrihost portal is going to his landline number, so how do we rectify this?
