Would just like to report on the Brilliance of Afrihost's support....
So I logged a support request with Afrihost asking them to sort out my account because I have cancelled my RAIN service with them as well as the CellC service, which they still had to deliver, yet they have not refunded my Pro-rata payment for the CellC yet and they debited my account at the end of March for R349 for the cancelled service...
I then reversed both debit orders and they sent me a letter to tell me I must pay the outstanding balance because my service will be suspended if I dont...
So I asked them to sort out my account, since I cancelled everything and dont owe them anything...
This is their response:
"Hello ,
Thanks for the mail,
We are able to see that your march month payment got failed due to reason 'Authorization cancelled' hence you have to contact your bank to resolve this issue. You can do an EFT or immediate payment to settle this amount.
Have a great day ahead and please let me know if I can help with anything else!
