Thanks Afriman. I think it's a cookie problem. Worked fine when I navigated to it via Chrome's incognito mode.

Hmmm. I am intrigued :D

If your 4mb/10mb products are like the 2mb...expect an upgrade request from me. My account running awesome!

But will see what these new products are first :D

Don't think they will affect your DSL needs :) Our Uncapped products are literally the same product, the only difference is the rate limit on the max speed. Otherwise they work exactly the same :)

I'm thinking about going Uncapped. Currently have a 10GB account just to test and it's awesome.

What's the shaping like on the 4mbps and 10mbps Uncapped packages? I do mostly streaming and gaming and some downloads.

@Method - Browsing and youtubing is awesome all day long. Have not personally tried gaming on my account yet - don't really game. As for downloads - during the day your downloads could be shaped...sometimes heavily, if the network is under a bit of strain. However when the business day closes the speeds are usually full tilt.

And of course you get some great customer service :)

You have Pretoria as your location, if that is correct then I suspect you won't have a problem. VERY few complaints from that area here.

Streaming and gaming are given the highest priority on the network at all times and are never shaped. Downloads (especially torrents) get lower priority and can be shaped from time to time depending on demand on the network in your specific region.
