But... how do you strike through? Whenever I use those strike through things on the web, it comes out all jumbled on the site

Right, so I bought a 10gb capped account, and set my mikrotik router in such a way that the server goes over uncapped and rest of the house does capped account. Big difference.

I think many have seen that we've managed to streamline our shaping policies to be a little less severe, but we've also seen demand slowly falling back within expected levels, as we've expected them to.
For the present moment, we're not shaping anyone except the very heaviest users, and still to a fairly light extent.
We'll still need to monitor throughout the weekend, but hopefully overall experience will be back to what we're used to
