where do i see my shaping? been looking all over the client zone and not finding it...

Still shaped to 6% on my downloads. Been over 48 hours now I think. Afrihost are cleary wanting me to leave. Is it just me or is PE a problem again?
So I got up at 5 am and Shaping Policy is still : 12.5% Download/ 6.25% P2P. Torrent (as a test) I get 16-24 kB/s on a 10MB line. And there is a constant blaming of others. It's people who torrent 24/7 or it's at the exchange.
If enough people call it a duck, then it's a duck. There is some wrong with service provided by AfriHost.

No shaping = 100/100, so 75/75 isn't that bad. I've been on 18/6 for... goodness knows.
AfriPeople, I think you need to clarify shaping in ClientZone. Seems it confuses a lot of people.
Ive been shaped 24/7 since Monday and the shaping seems worse than before.
Torrents are battling to reach 100kbps on my 4mb line, generally around 30kbps.
Tried the afrihost free, unshaped 1 gig account and torrents were downloading at 460kbps...
Something is wrong that they feeling the need to shape all day and all night and more excessively than they have ever in the past.
Been happy for 4 months but this is getting a bit much now.
1) the network is doing what it's supposed to do (shaping, quite heavily)
2) it's not ideal
3) the network is doing what it's supposed to do (shaping, quite heavily)
So as you can see, the current experience could be the experience you're supposed to get on this account, and it may be like that for the foreseeable future, because it's operating the way it's supposed to
So,
A) if usage is low, get capped account
B ) if usage is high, get business uncapped
... Home uncapped doesn't really have a place in the line up does it?
Then again, for the price the home uncapped, what are you expecting? The afrihost business uncapped prices are in line with mweb premium uncapped yet are unthrottled, unshaped, 24/7.
Just a thought:
We are all waiting / hoping for AH to sort this out and we can all go back to where we were. What if AH have no intention of doing anything? What will happen? A few people will leave, a few people will pay more for a business account and most people will just put up with it, at least for another month. The people who leave will be mostly high end downloaders - AH won't cry any tears over them if a recent report which says isps lose money on high users is correct. The ones who convert to business means more money for AH and these people will quickly get used to the new price as being the "norm" they pay to get fast downloads. A lot of people probably only use real time services so don't even know there has been a problem. If at the end of the day AH need to spend a load of money to get us all back to unshaped for most of the day, why should they from a business point of view? Don't get me wrong, I am in no way happy with the current situation and I am definitely gone come the 24th.
AH will of course pour scorn on these thoughts (as will probably loyal AH supporters, of which I was one until now) but they are hardly likely to come clean are they? I sincerely hope I am wrong and that things all get sorted out in which case AH may see me back in the future.
Oh, btw, I hate to admit this but to try to get some internet this month I am going to have to upgrade to business uncapped but it will be for 1 month ONLY. It really pees me off but it is the only sensible way I can get my internet working this month otherwise I have completely wasted the R197 I paid.
Edit: Just seen the post above this - another change to business, another R100 to AH - I rest my case

I know downloads and P2P traffic is being shaped. I can understand that. What irritates me is that my flat-mate had to get a capped account at 19:00 because he needed to download a program for his studies, but would have waited too long. For a 50MB file.
