On a more serious note, latency does seem to be normalised however shaping is still heavier to keep the latency at normal levels. I'll have further feedback as soon as we're able to ease shaping without affecting latency.

My line was syncing at 6mbps. I used the 'Stabilise Line' button out of curiosity and now it's only at 5mbps. I'd like to get it as high as possible, but I worry the Stabilise Line button will keep dropping the line speed as it states 'Reduce your sync speed in effort to stabilise your line.'

It's also odd that it's not syncing at 6mbps, line stats should be able to get 10mbps easily.

Congrats, but I fear that if the shaping continues it will not be 4 :)

While the present shaping seen on our Uncapped accounts isn't ideal - it is a temporary issue and we are constantly seeing improvements.
Also, remember this award is run for the entire year - not just for the last few weeks :)
 
Whoop whoop! Wow, I'm so proud of our team today! This is a really amazing achievement. Just wanna say that AfriGuy and AfriGirl are a BIG part of this achievement, and I'm really grateful to be part of such an awesome team.

3 YEARS IN A ROW, BABY!!!!! Totally losing my mind right now ;)

We will sort this out one way or another. We've never failed to deliver to our clients in the end. At the end of the day, sometimes technical stuff can go sideways at any time, but we believe that maintaining open communication and relationships with our clients help us get through these issues together, with the support of our clients :)
