Today has not been a good day... the current service that I'm receiving from Afrihost is laughable...

And this is becoming a weekly occurence... I think I've had enough of their excuses, gonna move back to telkom :(

I've swtiched from business to home uncapped. This is my first time on home uncapped. I wanted to know whether I should be receiving a certain number of free turbo charge minutes for the month ? Client zone says I have zero turbo charge minutes.

Maybe you should push for feedback from Telkom instead of just waiting around!

The last time Afrihost just waited around they cleared the fault and Kyle had to re issue it and you say now escalate it.

I am extremely unhappy and I feel that I have WASTED my money on a product which I can NOT use for the reasons I got it! (being mainly trouble free gaming!)

I plan on voicing my disappointment and disapproval until this get's to someone who can actually help sort this issue out!

I honestly feel cheated!

Two weeks of this is too long! and that is not counting the separate issue I had before this (At least then I could still game even though my speeds were low!). Neither times Youtube would really play properly on anything besides 360p while I see people with 4mbps lines being able to stream HD (this SERIOUSLY aggravates me!

I have been patient and I have been quiet as I believe it is not necessary to make a mountain from a mole hill but after having to chase people only for feedback never mind an actual solution. Well, let's just say that I have had enough of it and will now go out of my way to get this sorted. Or at least get the attention of someone who can sort it out.

I'm sorry that you feel cheated. When I last spoke with our team - we were doing everything possible from our side to get this resolved and we're waiting for Telkom to attend to the fault on their side.

I've also seen that you've posted complaints on Twitter, Facebook and HelloPeter - so I do understand how upset you are about this. The best we can do is keep pushing for Telkom to resolve this. Otherwise drop me a PM and we'll chat about what your options are at this stage :(

Looks like it could be intermittent congestion on your exchange here. What other tests have you run to verify this?

We'd need to see a little more info to determine what's happening here. What does your line sync at? Have you run any traceroute tests?

PLease drop me a PM so I can assist here :(

Not to start a fight... but those pings are hard to believe? I mean, how can one be so high and the other account be normal!?

Surely the first results seems like the exchange, but the second does not.?

You only get free Turbocharge sessions when you enter your first full month. If you upgrade in the same month or signed up in that month, you would not receive the free Turbocharges yet.

This is my first full month, starting today.I still seem to have no free turbo charge minutes.
