I have asked this question 10 times and the standard PM answer is use the old CP, which does not help.
So I am going to re-write my query for the 11th time WITH PICTURES to see if you get this ....
1. I am on a 4Mbps standard uncapped - line with Telkom - see picture

2, I want to be on the bundled 4Mbps BUSINESS account for R797 - see picture

3. So if I firstly bundle as you suggest it costs R244,68 - see picture

4. (Now it gets tricky so try to stay with me) ....
Then I edit my account to business it costs R697.00 - see picture

5. Now this is a bit of higher grade stuff, try to keep up here ....
Line bundled costs (3) R244 + Business account costs (4) R697 = R941 (and 0,68c)
In other words - costs from picture 2 and picture 3 = R941
But the same thing in picture ah idiot 3 or point number 2. - the thing I want - is offered at R797.
So here is the riddle - the problem - the conundrum .......
How do I get THAT -(the thing in picture ah idiot 3 or point number 2.) without cancelling and rebuying a new package .... or paying more or getting the ''use the old CP'' standard answer ????

You will have to pay the pro-rata fee for the more expensive business account, for the first month(which in your case in 200something)
Okay cool - go to your old clientzone (link at bottom of new CZ), and go to My products, my bundles on the leftThen unbundle your current service and upgrade your uncapped account to business uncapped through the new clientzone. Once that is finished - go back to the old CZ, My Products, My Bundles and rebundle the new service

You can change to a Capped account if you like, but seeing as browsing and other realtime services are slow for you may indicate a deeper issue here.
Have you run any troubleshooting on this yet? Shaping cannot affect realtime services.
