It's available until the end of September 2014, whereafter we'll review the packages.
 
Hi Guys,

Anybody experiencing issues with Hulu/Netflix? in the last few weeks these services have become for me totally unwatchable as they constantly pause and try to buffer.

I have a 6Mbps Business Uncapped Account. Downloads and everything else works at full line speed, so it is not my physical line.

Any Ideas?

You tried the Web Africa and Axxess trial accounts?
 
@Zertop and @AfriGuy Thanks for the response. That 30GB + 30GB offer has caught my attention.

Well I use Web Africa Business and haven't had any of the issues you AH people have been having. I use Netflix everyday.

Yes, massive issues on AH's Netflix streaming at the moment.

They use a different backbone for connecting to the interwebs :P (Well WA does, Axxess uses the same as Afrihost).

It could possibly make a difference :)

It's really hard to classify traffic for Hulu/ Netflix - mainly due to the massive variety of ways to access their systems. A lot of users have reported good experiences, I think there may be a few decent guides around MyBB which could help you out.

Anyone got Hulu/Netflix working 100% on AH without any pausing/buffering issues? Any Guides available here?
 
Hallo

Im from Cape Town were shaping seems to be at a all time high (most ISP's by the looks of it ) If I join AH 2mb uncapped is it guaranteed I will be shaped from the get go specifically p2p or is to hard to say ?

It is tricky to say. At the moment, we're running quite heavy shaping in the South - but once the additional capacity is allocated we should see it ease.
 
Having a terrible time on AH at the moment. While downloading steam games and torrents seem fine at times, my streaming is terrible. I'm on a 4mb line and 480p videos have to constantly buffer.

Also, my line disconnects every few hours. Last night was extremely bad. During an hour skype chat, my line disconnected 3 times! Played some Fifa after that and was disconnected a couple of times during online games. Very annoying!!
