My problem is on 1mbs I never had this issue - switched to 2mps and now I got this.

Happens all the time, before work, during work, after work.

Got another account I am going to test with over weekend to compare

Here is another test I just did

A fault logged would be your best bet :)

Definitely exchange issues :/ What DNS are you using, and why are you routing through 2 routers?

So AfriGuy replied to a PM and said the weird access to certain webs thing was a port something error... reset and now its working again.
But the weird thing is, BidorBuy keeps intermittently going to the whole
Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.bidorbuy.co.za

Access a cached copy of www.*bidorbuy.*co.*za/*item/
rigmaroll, then it takes a day to access it again. Everytime I get to the nice watch comparisons it does this. I think I'm going to buy off ebay, this is getting annoying

That IP address I asked you to ping was your exchange. Those pings should stay under 15ms the entire time
Ideally, yes. But up to 25 or so is still not bad. More than that and you're looking at exchange capacity issues, or a line issue.

I think the ClientZone will show the unbundled price. As soon as you move over and have the package bundled it'll reflect and update to the correct pricing.

so how is it that business uncapped is R697 for 4MB standalone... then add line and it goes to R797? only R100 difference for line? is AH ripping us off on the standalone?

More like the bundle is subsidized. Gives them more bargaining power at Telkom to get things done.

make sense thanks :D but what bargaining power? ive seen way too many complaints on AH with unresolved telkom line faults and nothing getting done about it... people are actually moving their lines back to Telkom so they have that "bargaining power"

Seriously guys, the shaping is getting ridiculous now, I need dates for this to be sorted or I'm jumping ship. Not going to keep paying for something I can't use as intended.

Okay, I understand there is come problem in the Cape that is causing speed issues, however I live in JHB and want to know why I am only getting 25% of my 1mbps uncapped bundled line speed? Is it the problems in the Cape affecting people up here too or is there another reason?
