Whats your shaping like in clientzone?
 
Is there a problem with AH at the moment? I'm getting authentication failures on both my 4mb uncapped account and the 1gb free account. Connecting fine through Webafrica and telkom guest.

Telkom are reporting lots of downed areas tonight.
If you're having issues please post up the first 6 digits of your DSL line number so we can cross check this.

Gordons Bay Area in Western Cape. According to clientzone, the line has been dead since 11am. My DSL light goes solid green, but Internet light never does, it bounces between off, flashing and red. I've tried with a PluGG prepaid account and it also didn't want to work, but that might be because I have just bought the account. 3 Other people in the same road are having the same problem.

Router Logs show the following:
Sat, 2000-01-01 03:38:03 - Restart adsl...
Sat, 2000-01-01 03:38:03 - Connecting PPPoE socket: 00:00:00:00:00:00 0000 0x1004e180
Sat, 2000-01-01 03:38:03 - Couldn't get channel number: Transport endpoint is not connected
Sat, 2000-01-01 03:38:03 - Doing disconnect

I've tried recreating the port in the ClientZone and that failed.
 
My connection is working again, but...

I'm positive that I'm being routed through the IPC in Durban and speeds are a little lower than what they were two hours ago.

Well all i can say at the moment is. I enjoy using AH, but this shaping is Pathetic. I have been shaped the whole month and only used 14.6gb on my 2mb uncapped bundle. DL at a whopping 7kb/s at the mo. think it will be quicker via snail mail.

Interestingly, the "Lastest IP Address" shown in the ClientZone says 196.210.205.194 ... which doesn't seem right for MTN. It might just be a bug in the ClientZone though, because I don't see that IP if I click "Find Out More".

My Speedtest is going via Centurion, ping is double the norm, speed is half what it should be :(
 
OK Afriguy you win - I admit I am too dumb to get it.......

I have asked this question 10 times and the standard PM answer is use the old CP, which does not help.

So I am going to re-write my query for the 11th time WITH PICTURES to see if you get this ....

1. I am on a 4Mbps standard uncapped - line with Telkom - see picture

2, I want to be on the bundled 4Mbps BUSINESS account for R797 - see picture

3. So if I firstly bundle as you suggest it costs R244,68 - see picture

4. (Now it gets tricky so try to stay with me) ....
Then I edit my account to business it costs R697.00 - see picture

5. Now this is a bit of higher grade stuff, try to keep up here ....
Line bundled costs (3) R244 + Business account costs (4) R697 = R941 (and 0,68c)
In other words - costs from picture 2 and picture 3 = R941

But the same thing in picture ah idiot 3 or point number 2. - the thing I want - is offered at R797.

So here is the riddle - the problem - the conundrum .......
How do I get THAT -(the thing in picture ah idiot 3 or point number 2.) without cancelling and rebuying a new package .... or paying more or getting the ''use the old CP'' standard answer ????
