I don't want to cancel.
I'm aware of the supposed update on the 10th.
I'm just bitterly dissapointed in the way Jean's account was handled.
This is the 2nd time that I'm aware of, that this has happened. I don't know what happend with Thomas, as I wasn't an uncapped customer when it happened.
Personally I don't think Jean's situation was handled correctly and obviously you have a different view.
My number is there for when you feel the need to cancel my hosting, capped, mobile and uncapped account due to my comments.
I will always criticise poor service and I will always praise good service, but the action of AH today left a bitter taste.
