Reboot your router

Rebooted a couple of times, used the Afrihost, "fix my line", flushed the cache and reset my router settings, turned it on and off... but still the same....

There is something wrong with your router or the connection from your computer to the router. Are you using wifi to connect?

Your first hop shows massive latency which is definitely not normal.

Have an Android phone? Download 'WiFi Analyzer' off the Play Store and check that your neighbours aren't running on the same WiFi channel as you. I'm sure there'd be an equivalent app for iOS.

Are you able to repeat the results when connected to the router via ethernet?

Judging by the latency spike on the 3rd hop, I would say the northern IPC is out of capacity even at maximum shaping. The increased latency is making gaming suck

Will shaping ever stop? Whenever I check, this is my permanent result:

Thought you said there was capacity added, when will we actually see it in the form of no shaping applied?

I always thought I don't download anymore because I stream everything. When I do need to download something big I use the work's mweb connection the next day. But now I'm thinking maybe Afrihost conditioned me into this, the shaping and all. I am so used to being shaped that downloading became a thing of the past LOL.

All "critical care" can tell me is that gaming isn't being shaped.

So... Here's gaming not being shaped, testing I've just done:

I then activated turbocharge and got these results (NOTE: I did not even relog into the game)

The provisional capacity was added a while back already, the shaping is easing up after hours.
