AfriMan, They don't. Our verification platform does not care about the branch, we use the universal.

Anyone here who is familiar with this kind of debit order issue, please tell me how you got it sorted out. AH couldn't debit my account for some reasons :( See the error message below.

I've checked my account no again and again. The number is correct. All the digits are placed in their correct positions.

If you want I can run your details through my platform and see what it returns.

I'd have to check on that but if I remember correctly Standard still use individual branch codes.

Please! :D I supplied my branch name to OW last year when I was ordering a new OW account and everything went fine.

Thank you, semaphore! :D

Hope we will find a way to get it sorted out on AH's side :)

Shaping Policy: 12.5% Download/ 6.25% P2P

Are you guys joking? This used to be the ISP I recommend to my friends and colleagues, but getting 12.5% of of the speed on a 10Mbps "uncapped" line is ridiculous. My average use is sitting on 1.5GB per day, does that get me bundled with the download hogs?

They are "testing" apparently, so everyone is shaped to death. Ye. We're all pissed ATM.

well, then they should at least increase the amount of Turbocharge we have while this "testing" goes on.

i never thought i would miss MWEB, but that was better than what we've had for the last few weeks.

With the new bundle system, you just have to do a product change from Uncapped to Capped. As long as it's a supported bundle product, you'll stay in bundle. Just remember that pro-rata is calculated on the full value product, not the bundled rate.

So what do I do? Click cancel on the uncapped sommer today, and wait till the first to say sign up a new product then select capped?

I'm disappointed to know that even on weekends, the "7:30 until 10pm (more like 1am)" is peak IPC time. The uncapped is slowly become the worst uncapped account in market. I know that this account is no longer meant for downloading anymore, but even streaming was bad last night. I used a friend's Telkom uncapped account, and it outperformed the uncapped account, by streaming easily in 720p and 1080p. Afrihost's uncapped, it struggled to not buffer 360p. A new low :(

Hopefully the higher ups see that trying to aggressively control our downloading schedule is not working. You are just driving people off the uncapped accounts and onto cheaper capped accounts, where they download whenever they want (including the peak IPC time). A great way to make less money off clients.

My uncapped account buffers all videos, my brother and I make a habit of clicking the link, pause, set resolution below 360, play, it even buffers on my phone connected to the router by WiFi, I always need to step down quality to view YouTube
