Morning Guys

I see we're still seeing some clients getting poor throughput, and we are still working on this. Some major changes were made on the network last night and we're monitoring to see if they have the effect that we are expecting in terms of managing the network traffic more efficiently.

We're generally seeing improvement in the North and the South, where most clients were getting a poor experience. We'll monitor through the day and continue to make changes to the system to see where further improvements can be made.

I sent it but I do not see the point really... I still supposedly have a ticket where they escalated my packetloss problem to MTN with no reply yet that was more than a week ago.

Maybe you can update me on that issue too?

I've had enough. I want out. How do I go about moving my line back to Telkom? I've just called the call center and the estimated hold time was 40 minutes.

You can cancel the line via ClientZone, options are available there to have the line migrated back.

Experiences can differ between clients, that's why I'd like to have this looked at for you. I tested NNTP earlier this morning and got line speed, so lets get the shaping looked at :)
