Have had a free 1gb for years, so logged into client zone to grab a 4mb uncapped. Would only let it be active from 1 January so I cancelled it instantly and there is now a R800 amount on my account. Never even provided bank details, the process just skipped all that. Please sort asap :/

This is pretty much a deal breaker for me with Afrihost and is the reason I have a WA account to play games on...

Can you enable your Turboboost and check if the performance on your account changes at all. We will be able to pick up the signature for Mumble once we have a look at your logs.
