Can you please explain to me now, why was I shaped the whole night, as far as I remember, people get unshaped. This time 1am shaped, 2am shaped, 3am shaped 4am shaped, 5am shaped, 6am shaped. Explain please. And I have only done 143.23 GB on a 10mb line uncapped... *New Explanation come up*

Uncapped shaping is based on demand, and your usage pattern is a secondary factor. So you could have used 1TB and not be shaped if demand is low or used 1GB and be shaped when demand is high, depending on how many users our system determines need to be shaped from the most aggressive users first to the least aggressive last.

It depends on which region you are in as we implement shaping based on regional demand (for each IPC essentially). I would have to check your account to confirm what time you were unshaped.

I've always said it's based on demand (except for a time when we had more fixed times for short period last year). So I can't guarantee when you are unshaped, because it will vary. But I can check your account if you PM me and confirm what time you were unshaped last night and the last few nights from your history.

You guys are still having issues with CS:GO. Spikes to 400ping constantly while League of Legends runs well. The problems with ping are only appearing from 7pm onwards now so that's a bit better.

We've tested CS:GO extensively on shaped and unshaped accounts, with Teamspeak running and we've found it works great. We'll need to to see what conditions you are playing in and whether there is something else affecting your experience

Also, doesn't seem like my shaping policy ever goes to unshaped lately. I'm permanently on 18.8 download. So frustrating, even a 200Mb download, takes me almost an hour nowadays.... really. Last night, tried to install a ubuntu linux package of 80Mb, that took an hour to complete. This sucks!

Download Speed: 478 kbps (59.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 287 kbps (35.9 KB/sec transfer rate)

Still not 100% for a 4Mbps line
Have you tested another network to replicate the issues? Also just want to double check, the account isn't shaped at the moment?

Okay so whenever I play CS:GO (It's 6:51pm now) my ping spikes to 500 and at the end of every round it goes down for about 10 seconds and then goes back up and follows that pattern the entire game.

My ping is league of legends is 180 (Perfect.) It's now 6:54pm

Oh, my ping in Arma 3 is also perfect to all places.
