They are apparently upgrading a software layer, whatever that means.

Had download speeds today of 250kB/s at 5pm ping 200ms, after 7pm its 100kB/s ping 263ms, Its better than last night, download speeds 10kB/s ping 2000ms, on a 4 meg line CPT

Speed was Fine bevor the Update Running a Test Account i get from support Speed before the Update 590 kb/s know is jumping 400 and 520 Kb/s
