Seriously, though, I feel bad for the Afrihost Uncapped clients. Seems Afrihost avoids or skirts the important questions.

Why the hell would any ISP in their right mind throttle 4Mbps users down to 35KB/s on anything?? It's been over a month since the move to MTN and you guys are still fiddling/battling with QOS?? Wtf!

Why the hell was QOS not an issue on IS? The fact that you guys are now throttling users to rediculous speeds just proves that the new network is kuk.

I'm sure every person here would rather go back to the old (unknown) thresholds than be throttled in real time.

Youtube is very unstable. Getting 0, 50, 80, 150, 1200 and then back to any of the low numbers.

Lots of negative comments lately, but I have some good news for a change!

Diablo 3 appears to be 100%! For the first time since the MTN switch, Diablo 3 is playable on a weeknight after 20h00! Currently getting 209ms SOLID, no lag spikes, no rubber banding... Bliss.

I hope that the only reason its working isn't because everyone has been hard-throttled to 1/4 line-speed though!

loving the 6kbps download speeds. you go afrihost. keep up the brilliant work. This is the kind of rock solid performance you can expect from the MyBroadBand ISP of the year

Just got home to *** internet speeds again, Switched to FNB stanby and requested a trial plugg account. Will see how it goes.

I don't see how logging a support ticket will help since many guys on this forum seem to be having the same problems, so obviously not isolated. Bottom line is your QOS setup is up to ****!

Edit: Usage for the month = 48gb
