Truth be told I am not exactly spoilt for choice.I really do hope the MTN move is a successful one and will have no qualms coming back if that is the case. However I certainly wont be rushing back until I am completely satisfied that all is working as it should be.I have learned from my past mistakesOf course you are entitled to your choice and opinion. From my personal perspective, I believe we are learning and continue to do better. When we first introduced Uncapped, we were the ones doing the throttling and we got the numbers and product wrong. In this case, we feel the product is a good one, but our provider has not given us the necessary support to make it work the way it should. But we already anticipated that our client base and bandwidth needs would outgrow IS, hence the move to MTN. It's unfortunate that the breakaway from our current network had to be so painful (and by this I mean it's our clients feeling the pain), but we know that in the long run our loyal clients will be looked after and get the best of what we can offer.
Here's the smokeping stats : (I'm going to use this as a comparison to see if the MTN network performs better after switchover)

Nope, no downloads in progress.
@Afriman - it's not lekker to be in the hot seat
There is bound to be a couple of hiccups with the switchover from IS to MTN, but I'm sure these will be sorted out quick-quick.

Mine running at proper speeds (>3.5mbps) all morning.... No jinx.
If this is an IS problem , why don't we see people from Open Web complaining like here . I think that there is a lot more to it .
lucky you! worse than ever here....

An app doesn't help if the guys can't even use their connection.....![]()
Works from my 3g fineAnd my ADSL is also running acceptably
What I mean is, an app doesn't help if the guys are complaining about their ADSL lines not working..They should rather focus on sorting out the ADSL issues than worrying about an app at this point.
