Looks reasonable. Try the MTN Business server?

And the following is customer service, thank you so much Afriman, your sarcasm speaks volumes, and I quote,

"Cheers, all the best ".

Sad Sack you are, any one other than your mom brave enough to "Man Up" to your company's monumental **** UP!!!

Unfortunately, once you become verbally abusive, no company is going to fight to keep your business and neither should they.

What are you guys smoking, does anyone actually read (and digest) these threads? Sucked in,shafted for a few months, and then dropped like a bag of spanners. If anyone really wants to see my correspondence with this crowd over 3 abortive attempts at service, over 2 years, then please PM me. I can assure you it was civil & polite until the last few months. If not, fine. I have finally accepted that I had (had, being the operative word) been an idiot and lost control of my senses these last few years. Thankfully sanity has finally prevailed.

Please explain why 0.9mb/sec on a 1mb/sec line is so horrendous? I don't get it.

@A&SH remember the grass isn't always greener on the other side. I came over from OpenWeb because I got tired of having to change my backbone every two weeks and I believe they share their accounts with more than one user.

Afrihost service and speed has been great until the IPC issue with IS and their decision to move to MTN network.

As you can see users that have a MTN test account are getting excellent results which proves its an IS issue.

Maybe try asking for a test account before making rash decisions. We are all in the same boat and believe me I know how frustrating slow internet can be when you paying R697 P/M excluding telkoms daylight robbery telephone line rental.

@sand man. Perhaps if you knew the facts, please see my other post, then you would consider opening your cake hole before commenting.

Don't want to make you crawl back under the stone mister but this was after numerous civil & courteous e-mails over the period with NO response. Sans Peur, Ne Obliviscaris.

Having had the experience I have had it would have made sound customer service to offer this to me (not for me to beg for it). I left Afrihost (for the 2nd time) & moved back to Telkom last year because of the issues. Gave them their 3rd chance this year. Back to Telkom for me, would rather get charged and up front knowing that the Bstads are openly stealing my money. I'll park off now, do not want to say anymore on the issue. The issue is mine. I just await you guys 3rd or 4th attempts at this?

So this is civil and polite?? :wtf:

If making violent threats, insulting and degrading our CEO and then personally insulting me (and my mom) is your chosen route, I'm thankful it's leading you to another ISP.

Pity there isn't a blacklist for people who do things like this, just to warn other potential suppliers what they may be letting themselves in for!

There was a soldier, a Scottish soldier
Who wandered far away and soldiered far away
There was none bolder with good broad shoulder
He fought many affray, and fought and won

He’d seen the glory, he’d told the story
Of battles glorious and deeds victorious
But now he’s sighing, his heart is crying
To leave those green hills of Afrihost

Ahhh, bless! Time to change your nappy.Man up to your companies promises/statements or get get another job wee fella. I do not want to say any more on this matter. This denigrates from the specific issue which is a failure of service. I am done with your company as I said in the initial statement. Nuff said.

Can you give me your definition of supplier please? I resent and dispute the comments made by Afriman. I have threatened no one (save that should they darken my door I have the right to ask them to leave). How old are you, 10.
