Since the 24th of December i have been getting 440Kb/s, regardless of the time, youtube loads 720p flawlessly, even single thread downloads come in at full speed

if only it was always like this

I'm currently at 126GB and being throttled badly from about 50GB
Anyway, my account will be cancelled the end of this month - what I get can hardly be called 'uncapped'. Amazing how some subscribers can reach 500GB and others battle to reach 50GB

Have to agree with you, I've only pulled about 30 odd GB on a 384 line and i'm throttled down to a crappy 3-5kb/s that is just shyte. Takes 30min to preload a 3min youtube vid
