I have both at the moment, and will evaluate over the next 30 days. I am sure Afrihost are in talks with IS to resolve this, but if I were to leave now it would be because of their quietness on all this. The only responses we seem to be getting are from user's e-mail replies and quotes from Gian's personal social networking.

Thats my major issue with Afrihost too. I'm really angry at the terrible communication (non existant) we've received from Afrihost. I would have been satisfied with a "please have patience, we're working on our issues" instead of complete silence. I really want to support Afrihost but do I want to support a company I don't trust and can't rely on?

I phone Axxess today (Sunday) at about 4pm expecting no-one to answer - hey, it's Sunday afternoon right? I was speaking to someone from Axxess within 5 seconds of the phone ringing. Compared to Afrihost I thought I was in heaven. With Afrihost I had to leave a message (left it at about 6:30pm) and they only called me back at about 11:30pm - when I was already asleep.

I'm rethinking this cancellation. They have made changes - even though I moved >60Gb before Friday, I was getting 401Kbs speeds over the weekend doing torrents!
