Afrihost - Worth it?

I have just placed an order for an ADSL line (upgrading from iBurst) and I just wanna know if I should go with Afrihost.

They seem good so far and by that I mean I have hardly seen any complaints against them but I'd just like to know for sure if they are a worthwhile ISP in terms of the internet connection they provide - i.e is it up 24/7 , does it operate at speeds that you'd expect it to and are the latencys good?
