did the same thing for me, you need to open the email in firefox or another browser and then eventually it will work,
went back and forth with afrihost trying to figure this out. terrible Support sometimes, still didnt get problems sorted, eventually gave up and ported my FNB esim across
@Afrigirl given up with you guys, first you make emails that dont work, then CREATE another different Esim when I wanted a port done and reactivate my number, then the utterly bizarre and pointless and stupid Verification process that feels like minority report, take a photo with your ID number and the date and then claim its not clear 100 times over again.
you guys seriously need to work on your user onboarding and support for this system, firstly" unapproved" WFT is that, anything with an Esim works, literally anything, there isn't anything unique of special about it, only your support teams who dont know how to troubleshoot problems efficiently.
