Is it just me or does Aki Anastasiou know f-all about IT????
South Africa’s biggest forum. Discuss, discover, and connect with thousands of members.
Every time he talks I find myself shooting holes in most things he rambles on about... and boy does he ramble on. Its like reading some low grade IT magazine and 702 put him on a pedestal....?????

Hey guys Aki here. Someone alerted me to all the compliments you guys were making about me. Thank you. On a serious note, if you have something to say, why don't you have the balls to say to me directly instead of hiding behind the anonymity of the internet. Cheers Aki.

My take on the issue:
I was alerted to a thread about Aki Anastasiou where he was attacked. I know Aki personally (and people who attended the MyBroadband conference will also know him as the MC), and he is not only a super guy but also knowledgeable on IT related issues.
We obviously don't allow personal attacks on members (Aki is indeed a member ), and in this case I can personally defend him. If you have ever met Aki you will do the same - he is very cool, down to earth and loved by basically everyone who knows him.

Lol I am just ragging you man, everyone knows on this forum I hate Vodacom with its dropped calls, slow speeds etc etc.Marine1 that survey you are talking about was by no means scientific and we never claimed it was. We basically got into three separate cars, three identical handsets each with a sim card representing Vodacom, MTN and CellC, drove 300 km around Gauteng and tested which network stayed connected to a call for the longest period. In the end the winner was the one who had the least dropped calls.
Hi Guys...thanks for the feedback appreciate it.
Pavan of course everyone is entitled to an opinion, but to go on a public forum and say the things that have been said is not only gutless but also cowardly. Especially when you hide behind anonymity. I have no problem with you or anyone having your say but have the guts to do in my face.
Secondly what many members of MyBroadband forget is that they are all very knowledgeable on what is happening out there in the word of technology and understand it. The reality is that 98% of people out there actually don't have an idea but are interested, and it is my job to simply things.

Kokzn because I work for a commercial radio station it does not mean reviews are biased in any way. That I can promise you.
Have a good one guys. Thanks once again for the feedback. Always appreciated.
