We just got Telkom 100mg Fibre. The fibre go to the Alcatel Lucent I-24DG-D and then to a modem. On the Alcatel Lucent I-24DG-D only one port is active and that is my problem. Can I reset it as I do not have the username and password and then enable the other ports? I need these ports to work as it's not really fibre if you do not use them?
