Alcatel Lucent I-24DG-D

We just got Telkom 100mg Fibre. The fibre go to the Alcatel Lucent I-24DG-D and then to a modem. On the Alcatel Lucent I-24DG-D only one port is active and that is my problem. Can I reset it as I do not have the username and password and then enable the other ports? I need these ports to work as it's not really fibre if you do not use them?

That port handles the 100meg connection which is what you've bought. The router then allows you to manage how this is consumed internally. Why do you believe a single port ONT is not fibre?

The ONT is fibre but not if you go throw the modem. This is wht I want to get the other ports on the ONT to work.

Can you explain in detail what the problem is?

For the record, no you won't gain access to the ONT and if you do you'll be in breach of contract...
