Alcohol and nicotine.

I have a kak headache today, I always seem to go through a mild withdrawal of some sort for a week or two when I 'get healthy'.

I'm not blaming cannabis for my weight gain, are you high?

The lack of cannabis is so I can get a well-oiled mind, as per the OP.

And before I get into an argument about the virtues of cannabis, all I'm saying is that I don't like what it does to my brain, personally.

yeah, it was more tongue in cheek, thus the 'drugs are good, mmmkay' :p

I am physically dependent on caffeine. In the past when trying to quit coffee I'd get terrible headaches.

Love coffee, but don't like the stimulant effect of coffee, I drink a bit of tea, so I'm not entirely free of caffeine, but at least I don't drink strong coffee any longer.

you know what helps take care of headaches... don't you :p

Not weed, that's for sure, as this is a sinus headache as well, it's starting to feel like.

Thanks to whichever mod fixed my thread title spelling error. :D

I drink so much tea at work that I just cut out on putting sugar in. 20+ teaspoons a day is no good.

caffeine withdrawal headaches only last a day and can be treated with paracetamol. (if you want to stop drinking coffee that is!)

I agree on cutting out all of the mentioned except WEED!

some days life is just too full of drama and the constant bickering noise of the mind needs to be silenced.
On those evenings, in the privacy of my own home (I hate smoking in public, paranoia) I light up the hubbly and blaze myself into a state of peace and quiet. It's good times. Movies have more emotion and more action, the munchies are grand and the general feeling of being chilled is great. Not like I smoke every day because that does get TOO much... but it's always handy to have a banky :D

If you enjoy it, go right ahead, it just tends to make me more tense, personally.

How are the cravings, if there are any?

None! Which is unusual for me.

It will level out now. Is it a digital scale?

Day 2 for me. 40 to go.

Nah, crap old style scale, so I'm just using it to get a vague idea of what's going on. When I'm able to, I'll get a digital scale.

I don't take it seriously, but if it's shows I'm consistently dropping weight as time goes on, I'm happy.
