All things Sunsynk (Deye, Inge, etc...)

Any take on Hubble batteries. I have been advised to go that route, but would prefer not to. I did want a Deye Inverter and Deye 6.1 battery but was advised possible issues there and rather use Sunsynk
Many on the forum have them. They're a white label importer from China, and their products have been pretty decent so far. Just do be aware that they use (at least the AM-2) a different chemistry (NMC) than most batteries which might lead to slightly less lifetime, but all this is still really up in the air. I think the AM-5 might be LFP.

How is the Deye inverter any issues, as I am leaning towards Deye but some installers prefer Sunsynk?
Its a 6 vs a 1/2 a dozen story - Deye manufactures both brands.
look at your price also
Sunsynk will give you better warranty if you pair with Sunsynk batteries
and Volta (and a few other i cant recall all) will give longer warranties on their batteries if paired with Deye

This is correct, the AM-5 is LFP.

I have a sunsynk... as pointed out they are the same thing with a different ui. Once upon a time I thought Sunsynk had better support for the price premium but I think that point is now dead

Thanks, I believe that is the same with Deye all around

Just watched a video clip on the updated Deye. Biggest change seems to be the improved touchscreen.

Oh, and I realised I've been pronouncing Deye horribly wrong all this time.

The person pronounces debut with the "t" as in debewt.

Wouldn't take her word as gospel.

Can anyone assist with this, power tripped AC overload (thanks to the oven being on and the geyser/pool turning on at the same time) - power is back on, but the Inverter normal light is Off - and it doesn't seem to be powering the house.
