Under BMS it says charge current limit and discharge current limit is 0A.
My understanding of that, is that your BMS doesn't want to allow charging or discharging.
With my shoto and sunsynk, it displays a limit like 100a discharge and 85a charge which basically says the max it will allow the inverter to do for respective type. Even when my battery is 100% and not charging or discharging, my limit values are always high. The bms values are also higher than what I use on the actual inverter. So that's why I'm saying the zero values there is indicating the inverter can't use the battery.
My advice is when you restart the battery and the system is working like you want, then check if those numbers are still 0 on the screen you viewed.
You can double check that the dip switches are correct for parallelled batteries.
Check can connections between inverter and between the 2 batteries.
But if setup is correct then it sounds like your battery/bms is broken.
