All things Sunsynk (Deye, Inge, etc...)

My migration also has been done now (at around 12pm).

Popup message said historical data is going to get transferred in batches and could take up to 2 weeks.

My system just went offline in Region 1 and was added and is alive in Region 2 (I had an account in both regions - mine was in region 1 while my in laws and folks are in my region 2 account).

Looks like they are moving region 1's to region 2 today as was planned. All my historical data is gone, so I quickly took screenshots to save in case there are any issues with their data transfers over the next 1-4 weeks.
Both my Gauteng and EC install went offline at 11H15. I am not too concerned about historic data, I just wonder how long it will take to go back online?

From what I saw in Joel's Facebook post, it should be a case of using your region 1 credentials for region 2. Did you have any uppercase letters in your region 1 email? If yes, try lowercase as that change was mentioned
Thanks. My E-mail address had a capital letter in it. Region 2 login was all lower case. Getting live data now

Mine are back online after logging in to Region 2, just historic data that is missing.

Here is the email that was sent today regarding migrations. Only the dear user and regards Joel parts are missing.

Recently got a Smeg kettle and the power draw seems to go to 5000w, is this possible ? Deye Inverter triped so not just the kettle can cause this unless the power draw was really that high

Usually this is indicated somewhere on the kettle, did you look underneath on the base?

My kettle (non-smeg) is 2200w. 5000w is probably unlikely.

Tried again now and tripped although the w didn't look to hugh was probably pulling around 3000w in total. This is the error

That's a 0.5C battery, which means that it will allow a maximum discharge rate of 50Amps @ 48 volts, which is 2400W. If your kettle chomps 2200W, and the rest of the loads are 400W or so, that means that the total load is 2600W. Do you see the issue here? Understand why you are getting DC Voltlow errors?

Take a look at your LiBMS screen, the battery will report at what rate it allows discharging:

If there is LS, and no solar (in the evening) then the best that your single battery can do is 2400W (before losses).

You can fix it by putting another in parallel, that will allow 100A discharge (4800W).

Morning. Anyone manage to get Sunsynk notifications working again after moving to Region 2?
