All things Sunsynk (Deye, Inge, etc...)

5 545w and 4 550w per string in series. I'm at the volt limit on each mppt
Cheapest option is to get a string/micro inverter and use the aux input instead of trying to sell the one you have for a bigger one.

Will only work if you are currently not already using the aux for something else.

Just got the BMS updated by the installer. Still the same issue. Will ask installer to get someone from Volta to come and check
so the installer came today and the Volta tech helped him remotely using anydesk. They changed the CAN protocol on the battery to Pylontec. everything seems to be working fine now.

I've been having nuisance tripping of the EL when big loads like the geyser kick in the last while.
So I decided I need to figure out what's wrong and I could possibly maybe have located the problem. Seems like the connection was loose and made some heat.

Anyone having sunsynk app weirdness today? App isn't showing a connection error and does refresh but mine seems to have stopped giving updates since 5:15am. All "live" figures currently showing 0.

A dial-up connection in the 90's was more reliable than this crowd in the empowering age of "always-on Cloud and Ai"...

Question: every time this happens, it looks like all the PV generation/import/load data for the duration of down time is lost? Or not?

I haven't found that to be the case, at least in terms of totals for a given day. Graphs etc. for the day may be borked with gaps in data.

Some of my data seems to be trickling in slowly (up to 07:40 this morning), but the current usage/generation etc is still at 0%.

Mine appears to be back with current totals. Today's graphs are toast though.
