The point of this package is it is cost effective. A lot cheaper than R980.
When people hit their cap they want to at least view international websites.
At 5kb/s this is possible.

You speak such CR@P dude - t31k0m are renowned for killing any p2p traffic - not to mention ip tel ports. BTW - whats your contention ratio on your package - or havent they told you yet?! :-D

Oh yeah - and `sign with mweb' !!! for what??? what did they ever do for the extra they charge??? Are MWEB not IS resellers?

What are you on dude - `NO RATIO???' See below from AYCE website...
The only difference with AYCE as far as I can see is that they don't want to tell you the contention ratios... They don't go into details about the traffic shaping (but you can be sure that P2P is throttled and HTTP is prioritised)... Why do they insist on NOT PUBLISHING these details (see below) - they do say that it is shaped SIMILARLY TO A 3GB ADSL ACCOUNT... Looks like Killadoob has either been suckered or just plain ignorant...

According to AYCE (which I understand Killadoob is tied to for 12 months):
https://dotco.net/allyoucaneat/kb/index.php?ToDo=view&questId=14&catId=8
"The actual throughput of your ADSL service depends on the ADSL line speed (512, 384 or 192 kbps), on the the traffic shaping and the protocols used, and the contention on the network."
---
https://dotco.net/allyoucaneat/kb/index.php?ToDo=view&questId=13&catId=8
"Traffic on a All You Can Eat account is shaped similarly to a 3GB Shaped ADSL account.
HTTP traffic is given a priority because of the interactive nature of HTML pages.
The exact technical details on which ports and how the traffic is shaped is not published"

ummm nope you ignorant because telkom doesnt really shape p2p in a way they do they just priorotise http email etc you still get alot of bandwidth for p2p i have a 384 line and ive been dling at 30-38 down and 10-15 up the whole weekend thus far people have told me they sometimes cant connect to p2p with uunet would you say downloading at 30 kbs on edonkey is bad? i would say its fast i can bet if i still have my 512 line i could download double that. and from what i know adsl is shared with everyone it doesnt have like 30 1 ratio there is a whole kuk load of bandwidth and everyone shares which is different to a 30 or 20 1 ratio. so i would say their isnt a ratio unless you want to call 35000- 50000 to 1 a ratio lol in which case you would be mad

and yes im tied to them for 12 months at 480 for 30 gigs i repeat i got such a bad deal i can download fast on p2p plus i get 30 gig of info and for only 480.00 o yes cept when i reach my 30GIGS my bandwidth is gone but then again i have 30 GIGS so i can download roughly 1 gig a day damn that 12 month contract

We don't publish traffic shaping: 1. because it changes so frequently. 2. when it is published, the information is abused.

P2P programs can change the port numbers they use dynamically, making it very difficult to shape P2P traffic (not to mention firewalling P2P only -- network administrators know about this headache).

allyoucaneat you doing a great job. 3 More days untill the 30gigs.... A question I wanted to ask, once you finish you 30gigs, is local still 512k or is it 56k aswell?

no internationally, before I had AYCE, it all came locally from zahub. If they are reselling saix accounts it shudn't be a problem? no should it?

dont sign with uunet because they limit peer to peer networks, which means u basically cant download from all the p2p programs (no wonder they can have uncapped accounts lol where the hell else are ppl gonna download alot of stuff,. sign with mweb or telkom or ayce ppl that you get good speed from and have no ratio's.

(1) What utter crap. I know people, personally, who get FULL P2P speeds on UUNETs uncapped accounts.
(2) You have a financial relationship with AYCE.

Thanks - thats good to know. Starting with them on the first.

dude think about 30 1 ratio if 20 of those ppl are downloading your bandwidth will be less than 5kbs could be worse. u willing to risk slow connection?

30 to 1 ratio means u share x amount of bandwidth with 30 people did you hear me
30 people thats alot of ppl lol. dont sign up to a company that has a ratio ever u never know what speed your gonna get.

just remember ayce 480 runs out 31 of this month (but if you sign on the 30th u still have t pay for this month eheh but tis worth it in 5 months u be smilin

kdoob signin out

Im now convinced you are a friend or close partner of AYCE ROFL!!!

well did you have 30 gig of info internationally before?

No comment. You surpass the intellectual value of an new born baby.

clipse, nice one. Somebody is critical about nukecap (your proxy service) and this is the best you can come back with?
