ETC (Ethereum Classic) has Airdrop early March (5th), same as NXT the price might spike weeks before the airdrop as everyone likes free stuff :wtf: If you holding for the Callisto handout just be vigilant as the price will drop after airdrop, same as NXT...

I'm guessing just have ETC in a private wallet on the date of the snapshot (March 5th).

“It was decided to distribute the initial stake of CLO between current ETC holders. We will make a snapshot of ETC blockchain at block 5500000 (approximately 5 March, 2018. This depends on ETC block time and ETC hashrate changes). Then we implement the initial balance of each ETC holder in the Callisto network genesis block, so each ETC owner will receive CLO coins automatically in a 1:1 ratio to the amount of ETC that he had at block 5500000.”

Some exchanges support the airdrops and will closer to the time make an official announcement, for example Bittrex supported the NXT/IGNIS airdrop, IGNIS coins were only received on Bittrex this morning even though the airdrop happened December 28th, 2017.

Keep an eye open for the announcements, but the bigger airdrops normally get supported by the bigger exchanges... Hopefully it does not turn out like eBoost (EBST) that said an airdrop will happen and then a week before the airdrop they announce that the airdrop is postponed... But EBST is a joke anyway...

Indeed zcl price went crazy, because of bitcoin private fork. So thought I will see what happens to etc .
 
Do you guys keep a majority of your crypto funds in exchanges or wallets? I keep a very large majority of my crypto funds in exchanges, bad idea I know.

I use exodus.

Supports a decent amount of coins and I can shapeshift them .

I keep them in exchanges for trading opportunities, otherwise I would buy a Ledger and keep them there. I have Jaxx, I'm told it's better and more secure than Exodus?

Yeah also heard jaxx is better.

Through I rather use my pc to do my crypto stuff, I would jaxx if they had desktop app.

I see it does have one, through it was mobile only.

Might change over later.

I know for 100% fact myetherwallet will get the ETC fork coins, waiting to hear if jaxx and exodus will support it.

Might just keep it on myetherwallet.
