So does anyone know if Rain Mobile has an alternative payment method besides credit / debit cards? My card linked to the account expired in August and since I am in the UK now and unable to travel to SA I cant get a replacement set up. The website has since declined two of my UK cards (they have never been declined for an online transaction before) and my only valid SA card is an Amex whic is not supported on the site. Has anyone had any luck with direct debit or EFT transfer? All that customer care is telling me to clear browser cache and cookies (which I I did out of desparation) but still no luck).
