Alternative route regarding issues with refunds.

Hello, reading some of the post here many people are having trouble with refunds from Telkom after a contract is cancelled.

If the Telkom Representative can not assist here in this forum, here is another solution/option.

1. Contact The National Consumer Commission (NCC) - http://www.thencc.gov.za

If the the NCC can not help, the last option is:
