Alternative to Plex on Fire TV

The thing is we don't need all the bells and whistle's! We just want the Fire TV to be able to play Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu and Movies from my PC. That's it! The default YouTube app is perfect for us! For music and other stuff the Fire TV does, I have the Amazon Echo in the same room for that stuff. So that's why the default OS is perfect for us as Kodi has a lot of features that we just don't need,
